Do you ship internationally?
Manufacturer restrictions limit us in what we can ship outside of the United States. Please call us to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally.
The following are exceptions to this policy (some restrictions apply for these destinations):
US Military addresses (i.e. APO and FPO addresses)
Locations that use a US Postal ZIP Code, such as

How long does shipping take?
FedEx Ground: 1–7 business days to every deliverable address within the contiguous United States, 3–7 business days to Puerto Rico. Upgrades to overnight and second-day shipping via FedEx Express are available; see checkout for prices.
UPS Ground: 1–7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Will I be charged for taxes?
Hermes Music does not collect the sales tax for any purchases made from outside of the state of Texas. In other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.If you're an Texas-based nonprofit organization that qualifies for sales-tax exemption, please call Hermes Music for assistance with your order.
What is your returns policy?
If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call Hermes Music. We will take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy.
Do you refund?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a 30 days of time from the shipping date (no returns on software). If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
How to make a return.
It all begins with your calling Hermes Music to arrange for an RA (Return Authorization) number, which you should write on the shipping label (not on the box, please).
To help you avoid a delays, a return checklist to show you exactly how to ship a product back to us will be emailed to you:
Item must include include a return authorization (RA) number
Item must be in like-new condition
Item must be in the complete original packaging
All accessories that were originally included must be returned
All literature that was originally included — manuals, warranty card, etc. — must be returned in new condition
Double-box the product before shipping

Do not write on the original box

While we maintain a fair return policy in the industry, there are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:
Oversized or overweight items
Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products
Personal items (earphones, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, etc.)
How To Cancel or Change an Order:
We recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is call Hermes Music at1 844 437-6371. Many orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, sometimes it is impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case, a Return Authorization request will be needed. Some items cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include software, earphone or instrument mouthpiece.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Diners Club, JCB, the Yamaha Music & Sound Card, and the NAMM Music Money Card. You can use PayPal on both online and telephone orders. We also offer PayPal Credit, TeleCheck, and flexible layaway plans. You can also pay by money order, C.O.D., Western Union, or certified or personal check (a waiting period is required for the check to clear). We accept cash at our four locations in Texas (do NOT send cash through the mail).
